◆ The achievements of our in-house developed SCARA robot "PUHA" with its unique insert molding system have earned high praise from many customers, being referred to as the "Pentel of inserts." ◆ It is possible to build a total system from injection molding molds to insert molding and inspection in the subsequent processes. ◆ Our in-house developed SCARA robot "PUHA" can operate independently with two (double tool) or up to three (triple tool) hands as standard. It can handle multiple tasks in one round trip, achieving a reduction in cycle time. ◆ Our in-house developed SCARA robot "PUHA" is specialized for inserts and employs a hybrid drive of compressed air and electric power on the Z-axis.
